Barrel-aged to perfection
Our traditionally made sour beer spends an average of 9 months in oak barrels to produce desirable tart and acidic flavors. Patience is a key ingredient to our process.
Constraint breeds creativity. As we use real fruit, our sour beer fruit flavors are season-dependent. This means you’re in for a different, equally delicious experience depending on the time of year!
